Please DO NOT SHARE in any way or give away as freebies.

Please DO NOT re-use or re-sell my personal use kits & freebies for your own kits & freebies.

Please DO NOT use any kits for any form of advertising, either banners, blinkies or product previews/packaging.

DO NOT claim as your own or alter & resell.

Blog designs made using my products: Credit is REQUIRED either in the footer or somewhere visible in the sidebar.

S4O & S4H Users:

Only applies to MY products when using a collab. Please consult the other designers TOU as they may not be S4O/S4H friendly.

You may create pages for PAYING clients as long as:

The finished product is passed on as a flattened or printed version in JPG format.
Quick Pages are NOT acceptable.
Not to be sold in layered format.
NOT to be given as freebies on blogs, forums, tags etc…
YOU must give credit to Studio Flergs for graphics used.
YOU MAY NOT create one page and sell it to multiple clients. You must create a unique page for each client.

You can use my kits for PERSONAL USE blogs & web pages. Not for DIGITAL SCRAPPING STORES.

Blog designers please do not use to create bulk blog designs, on a per client basis only, but the kit must be re-purchased for each client.
You MAY create websites and blogs for sale from my kits as custom designs only, but the kit must be re-purchased for each client. The kit is NOT to be passed onto the client they have to purchase it for themselves.
You MAY NOT create templates for websites or blogs from my designs.
Reduce graphics to 72 Dpi.
You must purchase the kit yourself for use. Do not ask your client to send graphics to you.
Graphics not to be used for any form of advertising or product previews/packaging.
Do not use in store blinkies or banners.
Credit for graphics must be given somewhere VISIBLE on the site/blog, please credit Studio Flergs @ scrapbookgraphics.com

Do NOT share in Yahoo Groups, Rapidshare, Pando, 4Shared, demonoid etc…or any other file sharing group/website. Sharing is stealing and does NOT fall under the Fair Use Act.

Blogware pre-made / BLOGS made & blinged by me:

Do not resell or share any graphics, stylesheet, instructions or coding.
Do not modify graphics. Use a different theme, do not simply replace my graphics with your own and/or modify code.
Designers may use for their own blog but not use to create blogs for others.
Do not edit stylesheet & coding and resell or use to create blogs for others.
Do not use any graphics for any other use.
Credit to Studio Flergs must remain in place.

Templates:

You may create products for professional use by other designers. But they are NOT to be sold as STYLES or GLITTER packs. They must be incorporated into your designs eg: splatters, swirls, glitter elements etc…

ALL OTHER LAYER STYLES & SEAMLESS TEXTURES (Coloured Krafts, Liquid Metals, Black Magic etc…):

Please do not use to make full 3600×3600 sized papers. They must be incorporated into your design.

ALPHA MAKER:

YOU MAY NOT claim these ACTIONS as your own.
Or modify the ACTION and TEMPLATES to resell in any way.
Or create an alpha cutter/maker/template from this product.
Run the action for others for free or for profit.
Offer a service to finish or cut an alpha for another designer for free or for profit.

DISTRESSED EDGES:

Use to create papers but do not resell as borders or overlays.
YOU MAY NOT Include them in layered templates.

COMMERCIAL USE PAPER TEXTURES/OVERLAYS (Including easy emboss):

YOU MAY NOT create products for professional use by other designers/commercial use products.
YOU MAY NOT use them as a base or in any way to create overlays, brushes or any other commercial use item.
YOU MAY NOT Include them in layered templates.

DESIGNER PREVIEWS/TEMPLATES:

For your OWN use only. Do not use to create previews for other designers or for store use.
Do not resell any elements or papers included in your preview. Or modify them for sale.
Do not share with others any part.

CU PAPER CURLZ:
special terms of use

Please do not use more than 3 paper curlz per element, paper or border pack
Do not use all 6 curlz in any 1 product at once.
Curlz may not be used as is or simply recoloured.
They must be merged as either as a paper or a clustered border.
Not to be sold as a paper curls for personal OR commercial use.
DO NOT use these to create products you sell for professional use by other designers.
YOU MAY NOT Include them in layered templates.
